人生道路上的抉择有很多，但在分水岭时选择了航海，选择做一名女海员。然而，女海员在航海事业上是举步艰难的，并且未来的挑战是不可预估的。虽长路漫漫，但无所畏惧！身怀大梦，心若向往，何惧之！关关难过关关过，前路漫漫亦灿灿。挑战又如何，迎万难,赢万难，未来无限可能。端，海上征途的帷幕2024年6月份，我们作为“久洋兴”轮第一批女海员从烟台登船，梦想开始扬帆起航。我们是幸运的，第一次上船就作为“久洋兴”轮的第一批女船员，满怀期待地开始叙写属于我们的篇章。初见“久洋兴”轮，它高高的船舷，配着鲜明的蓝白色，车辆间的络绎不绝，生活区的明亮更让我们眼前一亮，这些都让我们充满了新奇和期待。这一切懵懂又好奇，惶恐又期待，但是“久洋兴”轮船员们的热情渲染了我们，让我们不那么拘谨，很快融入这个大家庭，开始我们崭新的生活。工作炼成钢众所周知，甲板实习生都是跟着水手长和水手们一起工作，我们亦是。刚开始不熟悉船舶线路，水手长就带我们前后左右走一圈，还是浆糊，这只是一时的，后期势必崛起。我们学习大舱监舱，监装监卸，注意车辆状况以及不能少卸误卸；检查车辆绑扎，注意横向车辆和斜坡车辆是否符合要求等；日常敲锈刷漆，它是水手业务的基本功，刷漆不通油就是打方块，省漆又美观等；冲洗甲板，带缆解缆，靠离泊作业逐步掌握，争取全面发展。大千世界中，得意外之过巴拿马运河，对于我们第一次上船实习来说非常拿得出手，前辈们都说跑船很少过三大运河，无外乎我们第一次就过巴拿马运河是幸运的！身临其境，直观感受巴拿马运河的魅力，感叹于它的建筑，沉浸于它的构思，特别是小火车钢丝带缆，船闸水位升降等，果然世界之大，无奇不有。我们的生活多姿多彩，毕竟我们这个大家庭来自五湖四海，天南地北，每天欢乐多多。特别是一起包饺子时，分工干活，拿出各自看家本领，热火朝天地进行，时不时整几句方言对话，包的饺子也各有特色，一盘饺子四，五种形状。我们还有火锅、烧烤，烧烤特别有意境，吹着海风，看着傍晚的落日余晖，海面上的波光粼粼，犹如一幅流动的油画，让人心旷神怡。我们主打一个欢乐愉快。空闲时间我们会上驾驶台学习，学习雷达，电子海图，操舵等等。我们明显能感受到，在学校是纸上谈兵，实操模拟器远不比真机。两者有区别，也有共同点，学习船上的设备能更好上手。零碎时间我们学习英语，力求解决英语交流的障碍。语言交流是我们最大障碍之一，这是毋庸置疑的，所以我们将不断地学习，提高我们的学识及口语能力，让我们在世界各地能自信、流利地说出来。

9月23日，泛亚航运IC9航线所属船舶“天庆河”轮南下至汕尾附近水域，收到帆船“中帆协244”（风之翼）船舱进水弃船求救信号，迅速与泛亚总部报告该情况，总部即启动应急机制，指示船舶前往救援。 “天庆河”轮在收到指示后，第一时间安排放妥左右舷引航梯、舷梯，由于遇险船小艇艇机进水失效，通过采用抛绳器将小艇引至左舷边后开始登船。经过两小时的紧急救援，遇险船六名人员顺利登船，所有人员身体状况均正常。经协调沟通，遇险人员将随船于广州南沙港下。六名被救人员对泛亚航运“天庆河”轮仗义施救表示衷心的感谢！ ///本次，泛亚航运“天庆河”轮全体船员迅速响应、全力以赴参与本次帆船船舱进水紧急救援，用实际行动谱写了一曲危急时刻显身手的时代赞歌。
